Thank you for your interest in helping Stray from the Heart. We appreciate that everyone has something unique to contribute. We make every effort not to overburden our volunteers with our needs so please be very specific about the areas you are willing to help in when completing this form. The information will help us determine who to contact when needs arise. Feel free to check any item that applies to you. We welcome new ideas, so feel free to include your suggestions.

I further promise and agree to indemnify and release Stray from the Heart, its Officers and Directors, of any and all liability arising from any known, unknown, or any unanticipated damages to people or property while the dog(s)is under my care and supervision.
