Princess has her castle

Princess has a castle

LETTER FROM HOME:

She is a true Princess!

Princess is a wonderful dog- enjoying her life despite being blind and deaf. She gets around the house and finds herfavorite spots :-) Even though she can not see, her cocker spaniel sniffer works perfectly and she LOVES to terrorize the back yard! She knows there are critters out there and she is determined to keep her reign over her castle ;)

She is a beautiful dog both inside and out. As you can see she still has those long front arms and big front paws ;)

She truly is very sweet and will let us do whatever we need to her. She gets multiple eye drops a day and never once puts up a fight. Our maltese needed to be restrained to give him ONE eye drop! She is the least fussy dog I have ever met, and loves to be loved more than anything else. Princess has a castle

She amazingly can always find her many beds around the house, and when those are not enough, she comes to my side of the bed and flops her big paws up on the mattress waiting for me to lift her.

She does like to sleep on our bed with us. We sometimes find her sleeping in our daughter's room, laying in front of her bed like a lion protecting her cub – it's very cute. And Princess is so soft and silky that once you start petting her, you don't want to stop.

March 2007 will be 4 years since we adopted her from SFTH and we love her very much.
