Daisy Daisy gets a new leash on life!

We pulled Daisy from death row literally minutes before her scheduled time. Here she is now with a wonderful home in Battery Park.

Your volunteer work and continued support makes these stories possible.

Best,
Toni

Letter from Home:

Daisy gets a new leash on life! Daisy is wonderful. We are having such a great time together. She's very healthy - her coat has become darker and developed a beautiful pattern. The calluses on her ankles are completely gone and hair is slowly replacing the ones on her elbows.

We have a wonderful trainer named George Berger helping us out. He services Battery Park City and Tribeca if you need a resource for others in these parts I recommend him. She's getting plenty of exercise and it shows (on me too!). She loves the dog run and is adorably playful.

She's so friendly and loving towards people. She has many, many fans in the neighborhood.

I'm very lucky to have her. Thank you both so much. If you're ever in the neighborhood please come visit.
